Crown Moving was exceptional! From the first contact confirming the day and time, communication was professional and clear. Brett leads the team and models excellent customer service. On the day of service, Brett confimed time again, let me know when he was on the way, and arrived on time. Brett and his assistant Cody came prepared with furniture dollies and hand trucks. They unloaded a 20 ft., fully packed truck safely and efficiently, moving most of the contents up two flights of stairs. They placed things in specified locations. Nothing was damaged and they were quick and efficient. I have moved several times and so far Crown Moving Services wears the chamipionship moving crown.

Brett and Yan were awesome while helping us unload our 26 foot truck. They were very professional, polite, and friendly during our move. After a quick walkthrough of our new place, they had a plan ready and arranged all the furniture and boxes exactly where we wanted them, no re-explaining needed. We are so lucky to have found such great movers through the U-Haul moving help service. I highly recommend Crown Moving, and will be giving them a call the next time we have to move!
