  • NEVER AGAIN ! THESE GUYS WERE LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AGGRESSIVELY CARELESS, DID NOT LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS, ASKED FOR A VERY GOOD TIP (5 TIMES) IN A 10 MINUTE CONVERSATION. NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT UHAUL COMPANY. THEY WERE FAST ALRIGHT, COMPLETELY BROKE MY $200 CHANDELIER LAMP AFTER BEING TOLD IT WAS VERY FRAGILE AND NEEDED TLC IN HANDLING. BROKE PIECES OFF AND DESTROYED IT. SUPER ROUGH WITH MY BOXES MARKED FRAGILE. ONE GUY WAS LATE SUPPOSED TO START AT 4PM THE OTHER GUY GOT LOST GOING TO UNLOAD LOCATION WHICH WAS 5.7 MILES AWAY. HE FINALLY SHOWED UP 20 MINUTES LATER. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY INTUITION. I DID NOT LIKE OUR 1ST CONVERSATION. I DO BELIEVE THEY WERE BOTH HIGH. I WAS GETTING UPSET BECAUSE THEY WERE MOVING SO FAST AND WOULD NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. MY DAUGHTER AND I GAVE THEM EACH $75 CASH AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET A THANK YOU. TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN OFF. THEY COULDN'T GET GONE FAST ENOUGH. SO RUDE I WISH WE HAD NOT TIPPED THEM SO MUCH. LESSON LEARNED. LISTEN TO MY GUT.
