  Overall we had a great experience with Aeon and I would recommend them. They did damage our dresser - it was partly our fault, we taped the drawers closed but not securely enough, but I wish they had realized that the drawers were going to fall out if they carried it the way they did; there's enough damage that we will probably have to get rid of the dresser. But they carried a VERY heavy and awkward hutch with glass panes down a narrow and steep staircase with no damage, and they were particularly careful around my keyboard which I appreciated. We also had to make a second trip because we underestimated the truck size we would need (I blame U-Haul - their estimates for trucks and moving helper time are seriously off) and they were super flexible and accommodating for the extra time. Overall one of the better experiences we've had!

  Superstar Moving and Storage

  Communication was awful; the contact person, Mark, confused me with a different client and was texting me unprofessionally before realizing his error. He asked me what the earliest time was we would need help, I told him 3pm. He stated an hour window. After 4pm, I started reaching out. He said they were in route. Another hour passed before they arrived. One helper appeared to be on some sort of drug or something. They did show and did empty the truck, but several things they turned upside down (a hope chest and a dresser) and brought them in the house upside down. It was not a great experience at all.
