I reserved a 2 person unload only service for my move from out of state to San Diego and kept in contact with Charles multiple times about my arrival, as it would be an evening job and I was trying to get here as quickly as possible. I even confirmed once again at 5p for 6p start time, and then 15 min before was informed one of the two men had to call out for an emergency. I was reluctantly given the option of sending one man, which I was skeptical about, but desperate, as I had an empty apartment and no place to park the Uhaul for the night. I was also moving alone, so even more stressed. Luckily Chuck came to the rescue and literally saved the day! I am beyond grateful for him and his hard work! I did my best to help, but it was laughable to say the least. He unloaded everything in an hour and a half and did a phenomenal job! I can’t begin to express how grateful I am that he showed up to do the job alone. He was so sweet and kind. THANK YOU!!
