• Great personality and hard worker. Despite his extra coworker not coming, he still did everything he could to load and unload our things. We would have rated 5 stars if both men showed up and were on time. Thanks for the help Michael!

• Lead person kept saying this is my first time doing this and smelled. Kept videoing my property and process. Did not follow instructions or seem to understand. Helper was reaking of alcohol, stumbling & moved one thing at time and then went to lay in his car. It took 1.5 hours to do half of work, piling things in truck after pulling out of bin that I provided. Slow and Never moved heavy items. Worked less than 2 hours demanded pay for 3. I am 70 yr old female and there was no-one at area except me after a friend left, I was afraid of their behavior. Picked up an antique typewriter and kept playing with it. Discussing my belongings. This was the most horrible, terrifying, unprofessional move I have ever had. I have to get movers this next day to close out my storage unit.

  Matter of fact, they booked us for 3 hours. I do not have the option to lower the hours, I can only add hours to the orders. I used hand sanitizer because I was touching dusty stuff from a storage. I do professional video edits, and that is why I was filming. I even mention that in my business description. I told them I drove 2 hours one way, just to help these people out. We Stay Professional.
