Poor communication in regards to knowing the time limit or requesting assistance, even tho it was discussed on the phone call prior. Not the best handling of care for the furniture as well, seemed to toss things around or bump into many surfaces. However was quick with moving when prompted, though I wouldn’t necessarily want them again.

Long walk with customers micromanaging and trying to help but mostly in the way. Elderly people trying to help almost fell off of ramp. Unrealistic expectations. Seemed pleased. Even tipped the crew. Please refer to thousands of other reviews.
