• My experience with Pack It Tight Moving started off stressful but ended on a great note thanks to Mike’s outstanding service recovery. I booked the evening before through Moving Help and received confirmation for a morning unload. The next morning, Mike called to explain he hadn’t seen the booking because he was out of town and his crews were already assigned. It seems there was a communication breakdown with the booking through Moving Help, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I was disappointed, but Mike immediately called back, apologized, and asked if I could be flexible while he made some calls. About 30 minutes later, he had a crew available that afternoon. The movers were professional, friendly, communicated well, and did an amazing job packing my storage unit. I later learned it was actually their day off. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a business responds that matters most. Mike took ownership of the situation and made sure everything worked out. Thank you!!!

• Walter and Raymond were the best! They came prepared, handled our furniture with care, and were very efficient. I have hired a lot of movers for a lot of moves and they were all great, but Walter and Raymond have been the best yet.
