Hi Team, I have booked 2 helper for 3 hours. However, 1 helper came and done his job. He informed us there is no idea for another guy. It's really difficult to 1 helper to move all the things where we have helped him to do his job. It's really unacceptable and if some one is not coming please inform to customer well in advance so that we can plan accordingly. The guy who came was done a fantastic job.
Came to the house and decided the furniture was too heavy and requested to increase the price an additional $192 to be paid via Venmo because he would ‘not have accepted the job knowing the furniture was solid.’ I agreed because it was last minute and I already picked up the furniture and then he gets near the end to ask for his payment. I ask him the amount and he says ‘295’ I say absolutely not because I have witnesses on the 192 we agreed on and he starts flying off at the mouth and left the remaining items on my porch without completing the move because ‘that’s too much work’ and the price on uhaul ‘only secures the job but not the hourly work’
