  Unreliable service and poor communication I booked a move out cleaning service for 9 AM on July 31, but no one showed up on time. I had to call the company myself, and was told that the cleaners could only come at 11 AM, which delayed my entire moving schedule. One cleaner arrived at 11;00 AM, and another came at 12;00 PM. The work finished by 12;30 PM. I was told I would receive a refund for the second cleaner, who only worked for 30 minutes, but I have not received any follow-up. I even opened a case on August 4, and it has now been over three weeks with no response. The lack of professionalism and communication made an already stressful moving day even more difficult. I hope others are aware of this before booking.

  We had a great experience with Mover’s Help. The two gentlemen who assisted us handled all of our belongings with great care and were attentive and patient throughout the process. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They gentle, considerate, and took extra time to help set up our furniture. We appreciated their courtesy, patience, and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving service!
