I would have appreciated more communication leading up to the service. I have experience with other movers and there was usually more information given leading up the move. Also, it was a bit hard to get in contact with the movers which made it very unclear when they would actually arrive day of. However, once they arrived they were super great and moved everything quick and efficiently. I would still recommend as the actual job was done well.

OK. A bit rushed on the packing that was then experienced later with shifted contents and heavier items on top of lighter. Less rush is ideal.
