Alfred and Justin could not have been more helpful! They were both quick, efficient workers, who didn't hesitate to roll with the punches, and got the job done! Whoever was coordinating over the phone when I booked the job, though... That person needs to communicate better. They said they'd call the day before to go over the details, but that never happened. Justin, Alfred, and I worked it out for ourselves just fine though.

The movers were great. They were professional and served on time. We had some issues with the refrigerator but the movers were strategic and able to get the refrigerator moved. After the move the dispatcher called to tell me they had to charge me an extra hour-I authorized it but she called back & called me a liar who was trying to not pay for the extra hour even though I offered to send the screenshot of the money bench taken-I didn’t appreciate that

Alfred and his colleague were an excellent help. They were very careful with my furniture, very strong, and nothing was damaged. I would 100 percent recommend them again to anyone moving in Sacramento County.
