  • They called and texted before the move to remind me of the process and to buy a lock for the UBox. During the move, they were kind to the neighbors and accommodated everyone’s needs. When using the elevator, they made sure other tenants could use it when needed. Mindful and respectful when packing and interacting with others during the move. Used blankets to cover and ensured everything fit properly in the UBox. Overall, very fast and efficient, and would definitely use them again.
