  I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the moving team during my recent relocation. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care went far beyond the standard expectations of a moving company. The team arrived promptly and immediately set to work with remarkable coordination and energy. They handled each piece of furniture and every box with a high degree of caution and respect, as though it were their own. Navigating a second-floor apartment and loading into a U-Haul truck is no easy feat, but they executed the task with both speed and care. What truly set them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it was helping to disassemble bulky furniture, offering packing tips, or assisting with last-minute adjustments, their helpful attitude never faltered. They were courteous, respectful, and communicative throughout.

  Two More Hands Moving Company

  I booked 2 movers for 2 hours. I got one mover, who arrived late, for 40 minutes. I had to find someone else (a friend) to help load the heavy items, and those items were the only reason I booked a mover at all. It wasn't possible for one person to load alone. So, we loaded most of our own move. I was only provided with part of what I ordered, booked and paid for. After the three of us (one mover, my friend and myself) loaded the UBox. The mover asked me for some code I was supposed to have received by text. He found it in my phone and typed it into his, telling me that the code was to let UHaul know that the job was finished. The code was actually to release payment IN FULL for a job that was only done in part. I never would have agreed to pay fully when I was supposed to have two movers and had to provide my own help to get the job done. The second guy just never showed up. Now, I hear that U-Haul-MovingHelp is 'just a marketplace' and won't help.

  Job was finished on time, complete, and done better than i could of asked for. Movers we polite, clean ,and took care of each item like it was there own.
