The mover Manuel was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, fast, skillful, gentle with our furniture, with great communication skills. Everything you want in a mover. BUT he was the only one that showed up. I had requested 2 movers. Luckily granddaughter's friends came to help, otherwise we would have been in a lot of hurt. If not for that i would have given the company 5 stars all around.

Unwilling to help with minor rearranging and unwrapping tasks because ‘that’s not the job I hired’. Complaining a lot about the difficulties instead of being helpful.
