    I would offer 5+ stars for the movers who execute the mission! They were professional and logistically amazing! The scheduler that I worked with HIGHLY unprofessional. When I booked the site noted it would be 0900-1000. When I spoke with the scheduler she noted the movers will arrive at 1000. Then I get a text saying they wouldn’t be there till 1030. Not bc an accident happened, rather the schedule did not account for travel time appropriately. I have a laundry list of unprofessional comments from the scheduler. it’s tragic the company's voice is a disrespectful schedule. To bad the scheduler was not as professional as the actual movers and if I could I give the scheduler a -10! For not doing a proper assessment in planning movers arrival I would. Good luck!
