    Quick & Easy

    The overall communication was bad. The company did not contact me to schedule the work time, (as mentioned on the UhAul app during reservation). I had to call them to do that. On the move day, they arrived a little late which is understandable depending on traffic. Throughout the time they seemed in a hurry. They did not handle my belongings with care AT ALL! Bumped furnitures on wall corners and doors, broken a lamp stand, and torn a clothing bag. I haven’t unpacked all my belongings yet. So, not sure if there are more damages. I will not use them again. Not recommended!
