    We paid for 2 hours and they were only there for one. They seemed like everything was incredibly rushed and they were not careful at all with where things were loaded. Upon arrival it was discovered that a stackable crate had been turned sideways against the wall of the truck and secured with a bag of clothing. A 3 section crockpot had been carelessly crammed atop a stack of boxes and one of the ceramic crocks is now shattered. A 100 dollar microphone stand was shoved between totes and broken. A mechanics creeper was wedged sideways between items and also broken. It was not the move itself that damaged these items but the careless nature in which they were placed on the truck. I am so disappointed. If I could figure out how to make a formal complaint I would!
