Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Dylan, Bret, and Gavin were above our expectations! We can’t say enough good things about their service and performance starting with great communication, prompt arrival, taking extra precautions to protect our furniture and hard fast work. They were so respectful friendly and kind. My husband and I are senior citizens so they were a Godsend to us! We highly recommend them!
Unfortunately the lack of experience was a big issue. They couldn't handle the big furniture with care, several wood furniture were damage, the recliner sofa is twisted, a standing lamp glass shade was broken. Even though they replace the glass shade was replaced, it was the wrong model, size and color, besides the whole lamp is twisted. And they charge $140.00 more for their services, which was unexpected.
