More communication before the move would be good. Guys showed up late and didn't let us know what was going on

UNFORTUNATELY BEING A 3RD PARTY. I HAVE NO CONTROL IF UHUAL PODS SYSTEMS ARE DOWN. I HAD COMUNICATED THIS WITH YOU. YOU SHOULD HONESTLY SAY HOW LATE THEY WERE. THAT I COMUNICATED IN THE MORNING THEY WOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 9;30 AND 10;30. THEY ARRIVE SOME TIME AROUND 11;30 AND 12. I DONT MIND THAT YOUR UPSET, BUT AT LEAST TELL THE WHOLE STORY. MAYBE ALSO INCLUDE THAT YOU ONLY ORDER 2 U-BOX BUT NEEDED 3. THAT WHEN YOU NEEDED AN EXTRA POD WE WENT TO GET IT. WHY DONT YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT. I KNOW WHY BECAUSE AS LONG AS IT DOESNT AFFECT YOU NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.
