  • Terrible experience. The movers arrived 35 minutes late, then things got worse. They left my first location at 2PM for a 1 hr 5 min drive and somehow didn’t arrive until well after 430PM even though I left after them and arrived by 315 PM driving a U-Haul. When I reached out, the owner responded with a dismissive, unprofessional attitude instead of addressing the delay. They also did not reassemble my bed and left all the screws and bolts at my old apartment, forcing me to drive an hour back to retrieve them. On top of that, they refused to move several items, leaving me to handle it myself. Overall, extremely unreliable, poor communication, and incomplete service. I would not recommend.

    We are so sorry for this experience , however we did not complete your move you have the wrong company. I will also get this removed but i will also forward this matter over to ensure you do not bave this problem again with any uhaul movers .

  • AMAZING! THIS is the kind of service that you’d expect from a business! RELIABLE! courteous, professional, handles items with care, kept communication with me during the process and did I say reliable?! I have used them twice ( JOVANI ) was my mover and WELL DONE, I must say that he exceeded all expectations. I recommend him to everyone! I’ve used a few companies on this site and have had some horrific experiences but not here and will definitely use them again! Thanks Almighty Movers and thank you Jovani!
