They were a little late arriving, but they did communicate that within a reasonable timeframe. As far as the actual labor goes, they are decent workers. However, I had a major issue with their pricing practices. When booking, I provided highly detailed information explaining that I had 5 U-Box containers. About 30 minutes into the job, they suddenly advised me that they would need to charge $150 per box instead of the original hourly labor rate. The mover admitted he knew I had U-Boxes from the start but accepted the job anyway just because he wanted to see them. This felt like a classic bait and switch tactic, which I refused to go along with. I simply paid them for the hours of service they actually rendered per our original agreement and ended it there.

Madam, thanks for the late review. 6 months after the job. Also doing exactly what you said you wouldnt do. Pretty shiesty of you to wait 6 months then lie. Your uboxs were 100 yards from your 3rd floor apartment. And you wanted the stuff put in 2 different locations. I couldve refused services when i realized you completely didn't mention that they werent even near your building. Nor your garage. Both locations we walked to were 50 yards plus. We worked for you for 4 hours. And you barely paid anything. I shouldve made you pay by the box. Because thats how you're supposed to be charged. I blessed you that day. Thanks for twisting it. Madam.
