  • Joseph showed up on time and communicated well. But he had to leave immediately after two hours and no one bothered to tell me in advance that he might not be able to stay later if the job required it. Octavius, his partner, announced at about 11 AM that Joseph had to leave soon. Octavius arrived 25 minutes late. He stayed later and worked alone, but then billed me for an extra hour for TWO movers via a Square site called The Payment Desk. I agreed to pay for one mover only after Joseph left. I can't get a refund for that overpayment. Moving Help says it can't help me.

    Apologies that that happened to you, but you may have left a review for the wrong company. We have no employees with either of those names. I would contact the unloading company. I hope this can be resolved on your end. Take care and God bless.
