  Did a great job when they were here and even finished early. But after they left, I realized one of the legs to the bed was still in the U-Haul, and when I asked about that, I was told that the bed was broken before unloading but no one communicated that to me. They assembled the bed and even put the mattress on like nothing was wrong. While trying to attach the leg, I realized that none of the slats were screwed into the bed. I was then told that the bag I handed them with all of the hardware to assemble the bed had missing screws. After buying new screws at Home Depot and attaching them myself, I found the bag with the rest of the screws stuffed into my dresser drawer, where all of my bras were.

  Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. We hired them to load our belongings, and the experience was a complete disaster. They handled our furniture with blatant carelessness, resulting in significant damage to multiple pieces, including denting our brand new dryer. One wrapped nightstand was actually loaded upside down and laid directly on the truck bed that way—completely disregarding proper handling. When we pointed out the damage and asked for their insurance information, they casually told us they’re not insured and refused to take any responsibility. This is not only unprofessional, it’s negligent. If you value your property and peace of mind, do not use this company. Their lack of accountability, poor training, and reckless handling should disqualify them from being in business.
