  • The movers had a good attitude and tried their best but were inexperienced with moving. I had to move things and help the movers load up the truck. The company never reached out to confirm details of my move, I had to do that independently prior to my move to confirm. It appeared to me that the owner of the company finds youn inexperienced kids to move and doesn’t equip them with things like training on how to move, moving dolly or anything to make a move efficient and smooth. Brandon should invest in training and equipping his people with skills to make mores efficient. The movers did the best with the skill set they had to work with.

    Stephanie, you received a text message on July 5th that you did not respond to. The crew you mentioned is part of the reason why Boom LLC has a 5 star track record. I understand you may be upset about how your move, however uhaul provides equipment that you can rent for example Dollies. Uhaul also sells boxes, tape, and anything else you would need for your move. I hope this helps for any of your future moves.
