  • Both Edgar and Jonathan did an amazing job helping me move, it was a little hard for me to just stand by and watch them working so hard in this really hot weather due to a military injury, but they listened to everything I had to say in relation to my items and what was breakable or not. They are both outstanding and respectful gentleman, that truly take an interest in handling your items with care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires help moving. They are cost friendly and extremely flexible to any or all changes that may occur while having them help you move.

  • Overall, a very frustrating experience. I asked them to move the heavy items first, but they ignored that and focused on small things instead. They moved slowly, and I had to help just to get things done within the four hours I paid for. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY FOR TWO EXTRA HOURS, THE LEAD MOVER PUSHED FOR CASH INSTEAD OF THE UHAUL APP — I REFUSED AND PAID $210 VIA ZELLE FROM MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I HAVE RECORDS AND HIS TEXT MESSAGES TO CONFIRM THIS. What really crossed the line, though, was his unprofessional attitude. He also kept complaining about the drive, and after I paid, he got rude when I asked him to strap down the TV as we had agreed. Then he abruptly left, saying they were late for another job, and slammed the truck gate closed.
