  • Even though they communicated that they'd be running late, they were an hour and a half late which interfered with my entire schedule for the day. Once they arrived, I'm not sure of the provider was upset or concerned but he didn't seem happy about what needed to be moved. He seemed as though he wasn't aware of what needed to be taken when I had confirmed through a phone call the logistics of the move. I've hired movers before and the 2 gentleman that came to this job appeared to have struggled as though they weren't experienced. They did finish the job within the alloted time, however, overall it was not a positive experience. At the drop off location I feel that they weren't as careful with my belongings as they could have been, one object in particular was leaned up against a wall and slid which left it scratched up. There was also a desk that was taken apart to make it fit in the truck and it was propped up in a way where a hinge was going to get damaged if I hadn't moved it.

    Greetings Justinne, first let me apologize for the team late arrival. There were issues with traffic, which sometimes happen. The logistics that you gave to the coordinator were a simple load and unload into storage. I spoke with my movers, and they said there was no problems, they handled your items carefully as we always do. There was no mention to the coordinator of expensive hardwood floors, so they could not use the dollies, so they carried the heavy items. That wasn't a problem for them. They also said nothing was said to them regards to any issues, besides a message that was sent to him after the move regarding two holes in the storage unit which he told you those were already there. We had a counsel session with the movers. Once again, my apologies that your experience with our company was not a positive one for you. As you can see from our reviews, we pride ourselves on providing top service. Thank you for your business and good blessings to you.
