Unfortunately, our experience with this moving company was very disappointing. The main mover showed up over an hour late, appeared to be hungover, and even had to excuse himself to the bathroom, possibly to throw up. He was clearly in no condition to handle a move. He struggled to lift heavier items and ended up dropping or scratching multiple pieces of our furniture. This caused a lot of stress on an already busy day. We hired help to make our move smoother, but instead it added more frustration. We ended up having to do the heavy lifting ourselves as well.
