• They came high, and reeked of weed. It lingered in my apartment. Since they were so high, they were moving slow. It took them 10 minutes to move the bed that didn’t need disassembly. They claimed it was a four hour job and I definitely did not realize that I should’ve added another hour, my last movers did it in only two hours with more stuff so I expected the same. I am super apologetic and felt very bad for the timing but the way that one of them treated me was unnecessary. He was throwing my items on the ground out of the truck, a lot of my stuff ended up on the floor that I had to go back and picked up off the street when he left. They damaged a few of my items when they were throwing things around and weren’t careful. My desk is brand new and there’s now two big holes at the corner that weren’t there before. I was facing homelessness and got into last minute housing so the day was already stressful. I wish I got more professionalism and less snarky comments considering that

  This moved was booked last min told her we can arrive after the job we were already on in Orange County we arrived an hr earlier than originally planned she still was not ready with truck anybody that lives anywhere near LA knows you are not moving from noho to Venice in 2 hrs so she was upset about that we did not smell of weed because of it was as bad as she is saying nobody would have let the move continue we had another after her which was delayed due to the poor poor planning on her part so we sat the miscellaneous items that she did not pack which made the move take longer we sat everything next to the truck not threw it and took up the big pieces nothing was damaged by us she and someone else took the rest of the items up bottom line is she ran out of time and was upset about it not us doing a bad job our other reviews reflect how we work

• Excellent job by the two movers. They worked fast but very carefully. Kellen had great communication. Would definitely recommend their services. Note it really helps to have things ready to go and things like mattress and tv protected.
