• Movers were great once they showed up. Unfortunately it was 30 min late. The other larger issue was they have a policy to not reach out until 24 hours prior to move with a rationale that plans change and people cancel on them all the time. The issue with this is you leave the customer who pays for the service anxious right up until the move. The other movers I hired reached out to me at 4 points of contact. Right after I made the purchase (3 weeks before move), 1 week before the move, the day before the move, and on the day of the move. This was reassuring during a stressful moment of my life. Waiting to reach out until the day prior to the move due to a history of cancellations is not a good excuse to leave your customers wondering if you will show up. To me, this company puts their own needs first versus the customers. Again it was more of the front office and the lack of communication that was the issue. The Movers on the other hand were great. They worked hard and had experience.

• These guys worked really hard and efficiently. The communication about arrival timing was great. They were pleasant, professional and I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them.
