  • Totally amateurish and unprofessional. We paid for two hours of packing and two hours of loading with two workers. One worker sat (yes, sat) in our very small kitchen for three hours slowly and inefficiently putting items into boxes. They did not work together well at all, they took no initiative, I think if we had not intervened they would have sat in our kitchen for four hours and left without loading anything.
