• The two gentlemen worked tirelessly from the moment they arrived. They communicated with me when heavy traffic delayed them by 30 minutes. I had been delayed by that same heavy traffic myself. I offered them cold bottles of water but they did not accept until they finished. My items were going into a storage unit and would not have fit had these gentlemen not been so organized. They managed to keep up a friendly banter as they worked and I was very favorably impressed by them. I observed but felt no need to supervise as they were obviously competent and demonstrated professionalism in the care of my items.
