They were clean, courteous, and willing to do what was needed to get things loaded and unloaded.   • The crew was 45 minutes late with no communication on the delay. The gentleman were new and inexperienced and required a lot of work from us to help make the loading process smooth. As a female, I hire out the work so I am not having to do a significant amount of heavy lifting. It was disappointing how much work I had to put into the loading process. The one gentleman had a positive attitude and was trying to encourage the other newbie. For that I applaud the crew on not letting the first time loading stress turn the situation negative.
