  • We had booked the 15 minute job for 2 hours. We had some issues figuring out gaining access to the unit since we're not tech savvy. The movers, customer service, and storage office phone number were of no help. Unfortunately, No DAYZE Off double booked us with another customer and were quite rude to a senior citizen. Our booking was 2pm, they had another one by 3pm. Labor-wise, least professional of all the movers we've hired so far - but will do. Perhaps it just so happened that in our other experiences, the movers weren't rushing us and took their time to think about how our things will be organized for accessibility and injury prevention.
