Tae & Quan arrived on time and were quick to complete the job. They moved boxes & furniture from my 3rd floor apt into the UHaul I provided. I was surprised when they finished loading the truck with about an hour of time remaining. I was still packing a few things and meeting anotehr company to unload the truck in a different city, so I paid, tipped cash and they left. What I did realize until we arrived at my final location and began the unload process, is the truck was not loaded with any consideration of how the items would move and shift in transport. Boxes were loaded first and shifted in transport, pushing furniture that was loaded last, creating an avalanche effect when unloading. A bookcase was scratched up and lamp broken, but thankfully, the unload moving company and extra hands at my destination, damages were minimal. I was really disappointed as I hired movers assuming they would have the skill and care to load the truck to minimize damage in transit. That was my error.
