  • They brought 4 guys to be more efficient and get the job done in an hour instead of 2, but it went like 15 min over the hour so they charged me for a whole extra hour. They went very slow despite having 4 people, slower than any other movers I’ve previously hired. Every mover I’ve hired in the past has gotten the same amount of stuff or less done in 1.5 hours or 2, never more, with only 2 people. They were also taking personal calls during the job, which I’m sure didn’t help with efficiency. Their actions suggest to me they purposely went slow to get an extra hour. Also, my bed was not disassembled, but they offered to help with it for a tip. I agreed, but then because they couldn’t fit it out the door without it being disassembled, they didn’t do it but still asked me for a tip afterward and despite me having to already pay an extra hour. Overall, would not recommend.

  • Amazing moving experience. The movers moved quickly, efficiently, and with care. Vince and John did an amazing job and quickly. The took care to move everything safely and without any damage. Will use again.
