• Triple check their work. They work hard and want to help you but they left something behind and it’s been a headache ever since. Unfortunate because it was truly a great experience until I flagged the issue but at the end of the day, my move was incomplete.

  We are disappointed to see this review, especially since you told us directly that you planned to leave our team a five-star review and acknowledged that our crew worked hard and did a great job. The issue was not with the service our team provided. You were reminded more than three times to check all areas of your residence and make sure everything you needed packed and moved was ready for our crew. After the job was completed, our crew had left, and you had already left the residence, you realized something had been left behind. We understand moving is stressful, but we cannot be responsible for belongings that were left behind after multiple reminders to check the home. As an experienced customer now, we would respectfully suggest that you triple check the areas of your home and the belongings you need packed before your movers leave, rather than expecting movers to discover items that were left behind in areas that were not identified to them.
