We were so very pleased with Jeremiah and Kirin’s work, it was on time, very respectful, and they were great guys. Didn’t Knick a wall, treated everything as if it was their own, and were so kind and helpful. I would hire them again in a minute! And the communication was great, I got a text a few days before, and they called me right before arrival to say they would be here shortly. They were awesome!!!

The company does a poor job in communicating the status of their helpers, like what’s their ETA. Doesn’t text back immediately or answer calls. They are very rude. I asked for how long will they take to arrive in texts, they said u can cancel if you want it. They told me helpers will get dolly and other things. But when helpers came, they said they don’t know if I needed that. No proper communication. But helpers otherwise were kind and helpful Nd finished the task as expected.
