• This would not let me write all the detailes of my experience, but all in all a poor one. They were hours late to the scheduled time. Arrived smoking cigarettes on my no smoking property that I do not own, did not come prepared for a 3rd floor move even though I had communicated that to their dispatcher, and worst of all shattered my dresser and hid the pieces on other furniture. I did not discover this untill after tipping them and unloading so obviously they will be keeping my 25 percent, but I will be disputing the rest of this transaction. I have scheduled other uhaul movers before and they were amazing. (Hire the pickup bros) and I have recommended them to people I know. I tried to save a little money this time and I guess I got what I paid for.

  Hello this is Connie from mysonmoving Customer time was between 12 1pm and my guys arrive at 115pm and they wasn't smoking on the job, because my guys know better then that is a lie If the customer wasn't satisfied with her move why is she give them a tip and hand the payment code to my guys after the move was doneU-Haul tell the customer if they not happy with there move don't hand out the payment code All customer let me know if anything happens

• Intoxicated movers, poorly packed vehicle, damaged a great deal of items to included broken TV, broken bottles, packed heavy items on fragile box, spilled packed liquid which caused further damage to items.

• Tony, Michael, and the team did a great job! They even came on the same day and brought a third person to get the job done. Would hire them again if needed in the future.
