  • Poor service. He had said they were on their way but didn't give an eta so they left us waiting (2 hours late from initial time request). The first guy was on the phone as he greeted and was unloading one handed. Having to use the elevator slowed things down but they ended up charging an extra hour. After completion, I couldn't find my small box of wine glasses with wine glass pictures on the outside (obv fragile). I asked the guy if he had seen it and he said he put everything from the uhaul in the elevator and he would ask his partner. I asked my apt complex and turns out the groundskeeper found a bag of trash as well as the box of wine glasses (and one blue drinking glass) that were valuable and gifted to me, all shattered near where they had parked. They obv mishandled it and didn't disclose the damages. The damages were upsetting but the unprofessionalism, carelessness, and dishonesty might be even worse. I found my foam roller and their bottles out in the parking lot the next am.

  • We were very disappointed with the service of Xclusive loaders. They were slow and not responsible. The communication was mediocre, I had to reach out multiple time to get a simple confirmation. On the job, They dragged out, just wanted to collect payment code. In addition, we spent time arguing about when did they start to work, even when the job wasn't finished. We were very frustrated on the busy moving day, wish we had picked someone else to help. We wish everyone else best luck moving, do avoid Xclusive loaders.

    You had us going up four flights of stairs in the hot heat and we brung equipment im sorry you was being cheap that not us We did great and had over hundred books and wanted us to carry by hand
