Company showed up a half hour late, communication was tough and not everything ended up where it needed to go. Was charged for two hours when the company was only here for half an hour so should have been only charged for an hour as it is understood the time is rounded up.

It is important for our customers to understand that the minimum service charge covers two hours. Due to the nature of the service, there is also a one-hour arrival window. In this particular case, the address provided was incorrect. Throughout the process, the customer was kept fully informed with detailed updates.
