Very hard to get a hold of when trying to confirm the movers Serviceman on the phone was incredibly rude and not customer oriented Movers were nice but disregarded labels on the boxed stating fragile contents. Boxes labeled fragile were placed underneath boxes labeled heavy resulting in material damage. Leather was scuffed on Couch due to movers placing the couch on its side and sliding it a long distance across the ground Overall, movers themselves were very kind but clearly lacked proper training
