  • LJ was extremely professional and easy to communicate with! U-Haul's systems went down the day I had scheduled the load so LJ was not able to pick up the U-Box as planned. However, he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the job was done. He called and texted me quickly to keep me updated, and proactively rescheduled the U-Box pickup (and load job) to the next day. Extremely pleasant to work with, highly recommended!!
