So to begin, my wife texted you specifically to have 2 movers for a couple hours, and you decided to bring a third person along without her knowledge. She texted you before the date of service and you decided to disregard that and bring an extra helper anyway. As for your service you guys packed the truck terribly. A lot of my stuff is damaged due to the lack of knowledge on how to properly pack a truck. This was discovered during the unloading into storage. My wife noticed a lot of aggression with stacking and dropping the boxes. I’m pretty sure more of our stuff is damaged but we’ll find that out when we get to our new destination. Even with a third person, you guys took almost 4 hours to finish. My wife was kind enough to provide you ratchet straps, of which you did not even have a basic understanding of how to use. We hired you guys with the expectation of knowing what to do based off majority of your reviews. We will not be providing any further communication in the future.
