  • Richard and one other guy came and got the job done in 2 hours. They were truly radiant guys and made this part of my move much less stressful. Richard surprised me with his packing skills, being able to fit the majority of a 1bd apartment in ONE U-Box. Throughout the process, the guys were diligent with my belongings, even for the small or insignificant items. I’m also grateful for the constant communication from Richard or his team. From the day I booked he was able to answer some of my questions, leading up to the day they confirmed timing and location multiple times, and day of were prompt to communicate issues (my U-Haul reservation had a discrepancy) or seek information about parking, etc. I would recommend this company to anyone! For context, I live in Times Square and I had a LOT of things to move. Thank you team for being such positive people and helping me move!

  • I had a great experience with Rain or Shine Movers from start to finish. Their customer service was responsive, friendly, and very professional, which made the whole process much less stressful. The moving crew arrived on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated that they assembled several large furniture pieces for me. Everything was put together correctly and securely. You can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, a smooth, professional experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

  • I cannot say enough good things about this moving team. After another company canceled on me at the last minute before my move, these movers stepped in and absolutely saved the day. They were professional, efficient and went above and beyond what I expected. They handled everything with care and were compassionate to my situation and time constraints. Moving is never easy but they made it so much smoother. I am so upset I did not book them in the first place. HIGHLY recommended!
