• Team was nice polite but, You have to bring your own truck, I was not aware and misunderstood the text messages prior to the moving, I had to rush to U-Haul to get one. Unloading, they Left the couch in the new place without being put back together, did not have good tools to take a desk apart so can fit in the office room, had to leave it in the hall.

  Unfair review. Once an order is placed the customer immediately gets an email stating please make sure you have your truck-trailer reserved. Moving help providers are labor only. We receive an email that states The customer is responsible for providing all equipment, including trucks, trailers, dollies, furniture pads, etc. When I texted the customer about the truck size they said 20ft truck. So with the above information we assume the customer will have the 20ft truck. Also in moving helps policy it states You agree that the MarketPlace is a place where You offer labor services only and that the Services that You provide will only involve labor. You agree that You will not use Your participation in the Marketplace as a means to market or solicit services that involve something other than only labor. The customer texted me and asked if we could assemble and disassemble a bed no other furniture was mentioned. So as a courtesy I said that we should be able to do the bed. Thank you.
