    Alex at Easy Peasy was knowledgable, resourceful and helpful. Any mistakes made were by U-Haul, a company that is clearly unconcerned with staffing and paying their workers appropriately (and thus perpetually understaffed and unable to provide competent, reliable service). Alex worked directly with the local U-Haul to set an appropriate time (our UBox was not ready for pickup when they said it would be), and rescheduled workers to make sure we were still able to execute our move that same day. Highly recommend!
