• Arrived 2 hours late and did not call to notify me. Once they got here they had no urgency and inefficiently loaded the truck. I did a move with the same items 2 months ago and a different company did it in one trip and in 1.5 hours total. They took 2 trips and over 3 hours, and didn’t even finish the job. I wasn’t going to leave this review until I went back to the truck after they left and the front seat was full of items and the truck was wide open. I live in downtown Phoenix with a lot of foot traffic so this was extremely irresponsible. I had a strict timeline on when I needed to be out of my old place and this set me completely behind schedule. Only gave 2 stars because they were nice.

  I apologize for whatever inconvenience first and foremost but in this business delays happen often and we communicated as much as we could. We had to deal with a further walk then your previous movers so things taking longer will happen as well. We strive to be the best we can be everyday and we apologize for the remaining items you left in the front but given we were already over the time limit which was still unpaid for. Enjoy your time in Arizona and thanks once again and I hope we can correct any mistakes in the future.
