• We had a terrible experience with this moving company. We had scheduled loaders to arrive between 1000 and 1100 , but due to several people calling off sick, we had to wait until 1300. Once everything was packed, we contacted the company to reschedule the unloading time because the loading time was delayed, causing a lot of inconvenience. When we arrived at our destination, we were told that movers would arrive at 1700 to help with the unloading process, but they didn’t show up until 1852. One mover arrived at 1819 but couldn’t start until the other arrived. On top of their tardiness, they were careless during the unloading. We saw furniture being dragged onto the floor or dropped, causing significant damage to most of them. One wheel was bent by the drop, making it unusable. The worst part was that they damaged the door and side walls when trying to move the furniture through the front entrance. I strongly advise against using this moving company.
