  • Other than a language barrier, which made me feel really bad so we downloaded a translator app. It went very smoothly.

  • Very bad service, they didn't know how to remove the refragrator doors and wasted a lot of time. 2000 SQFT house, 2 guys spend almost 12 hours and only finished half of the job. I had to hire another company to finish the rest.

    Hello Qi thank you for you feedback. This was a big job you wanted packing unpacking everything wrapped which is not a problem. We explained to you this was normally a 4 man job and you insisted only having 2 guys. They did a complete house pack and had to make two trips with a full 26ft truck. The refrigerator needed a special key that we did not have and we explained during booking we are labor only. We even gave you 2 hours for free because they started at 8 AM and were there until 10 PM and you did not want to let them go home until everything was finished. We explained we can come back first thing in the morning because the guys were exhausted.
