• Forth time using the service. 1-3 great, this one was absolutely horrible. I will be telling all my friends and family. This service is no longer what it was. I was sent two completely incompetent movers. They had absolutely no idea how to load a truck, operate a dolly, move furniture, avoid damaging my things, listen to directions (I had to take over and do the bulk of the loading, in extreme heat at my age). What should have been an easy load from a storage unit turned into a complete nightmare. They do not even know how to put together a ratchet strap! They also do not speak one word of English so evert direction had to be done with a translation app. Worst experience doesn’t even do it justice.

  Hello John thank you for feedback. I understand it is hot outside which can make moving difficult. Our job is to make your move as easy and stressful free as possible even during the extreme heat. All of our crew is experienced and here to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. Sometime it is a little difficult when they are trying to do their job and they are being directed to do things differently then they are trained and paid to do but are happy to do things the way you want. The move was completed within the prepaid time and nothing was damaged.
